I asked the manager if he would be doing anything special for Halloween. In general he said no. I wish your music you play in the background would be Halloween music Like Michael Jackson, thriller. Also offering Halloween drink specials like the vampire slayer. Anything you can do to help?
Long wait to get food and drinks but when I finally did get it , it was good. Maybe it was just the location I went to but I usually have a better experience. Some of the food was hard,over cooked and dry like it was just reheated. I usually go to the TGI Friday's farther from my house but couldn't since I was with a group of people and this location was more convenient. We agreed next time we'll just drive further and go to the other TGI Friday's, better service and better food is with the long drive.
Service was pretty good. Very friendly and prompt. Anything we needed was delivered with a smile. We had the Friday's platter appetizer. I had the Million Dollar cob salad. The chicken breast looked a bit dehydrated but was actually tender and tasty. I was happy. There weren't any lower carb drinks so she got me a rum and Coke Zero. Plenty of alcohol. Thanks guys! We'll be back soon.
We were seated as soon as we got there at 9:18pm. At 9:32 we were still not greeted by a waitress so we had to get up and tell the hostess that someone had not come to us yet. We sat back down and a waitress gives the couple next to us their check and says she will be right with us. Another couple was sat at the booth next to ours and the waitress named NAQUITA proceeded to tell the hostess she could not take them. 5 minutes past and she finally comes back and asks for our drink order. By that time we had waited so long we ordered everything at once. Then after about 15 minutes our food is arriving from a food runner. We had no drinks, no silverware, and never got our appetizer. The hostess brings us silverware and asks what else we need. She blamed the issues on the kitchen but they seemed to be on top of their meals as fast as they were coming. So she goes back to check on our missing items and says our waitress is working on it. Since our food had already came we no longer wanted the appetizer. Our drinks went empty and she did not come back until we were done for refills. The food was wonderful but the service was the worst I've ever had.
