I got food poisoning from here on Sept.22 actually I was shocked because I hadn't got food poisoning in about 14 years, but once I felt the pain I knew exactly what it was. This place usually isn't bad, which is why I gave them 2 stars vs just 1, but I guess today the lunch rush got the best of them to the point where they didn't cook the beef to the correct temps
Love the staff and managers! They always treat me well and hook me up! Service is usually very speedy.
I like Arby's. It's a nice change from the typical burger fast food joints. Fries weren't ready so the cashier brought them when they were ready. The coupon sheets that come out are great.
This location was extremely busy but the woman that waited on me was very apologetic and accomodating. I've always had good service at the Arby's on Rt 13 New Castle
Good fast food. Not only is it different than the normal burger place but their variety is impressive. Their dinning room is open until 10 p.m. even if you don't see anyone inside.
