Too Expensive!
I compare the exact same Goodyear tires and the exact same mounting balance and Alignment OF 4 OF GOOD YEARS NEWEST TIRES at both Just Tires and Pep Boys.... results: I'm paying$300 less at Just Tires then at Pep Boys for the EXACT same thing!
If I could give this pep boys zero stars, I would. I dropped my car off Friday night after hours to be serviced on Saturday. When I called the next morning, my car was gone. Someone broke into the garage, stole my keys, and stole my car. The employee didn't even know the garage door was kicked in where the key drop is. He also said the alarm didn't go off "for some reason." And they claimed a car never got stolen from their location before. Well guess what, it happened now. Thanks a lot for telling me dropping my car off would be secure. Next time, let me know there's a shady bar next door where dudes hang out waiting to steal cars.

I recently had brakes installed and rotors turned. Took 6hrs, car was given back with grease inside and out all over it. Brakes are spongie, brakes are making grinding sound. My lug nut lock key was used and wasn't put back. There's also a rattling sound coming from my front driver side tire, like there's something loose. Will be having it checked out somewhere else. Not happy.
