It was the end of their business day when my car arrived, so I counted myself lucky that they were able to take my car in with little notice. The technicians diagnosed my issue and called me early the next day for my OK to start the work. I said OK. It was was ready for me to pick up well before the end of day.
Ar shop a gentleman told me left turn signal does not work. I did all services on my own truck left turn signal was warked. That shop charged me $32.40 for labor for lamp replace. But that guys does not know me. In Ukraine all drivers got mechanik knowledge, we can do almost everything on a truck except rebuilding Engine, and Transmission, and very heavy-duty work, and that guy said to me about turn signal lamp. I come to truck and I have lamp tester, I show him lamp is work, but I gave him another spare lamp, I always have in my truck all spare lamps.
I am not upset about labor charge $32.40, but I am getting really upset when people lie to me, because that means that they do not respect me.
When I called back to express this, the owner wanted very little to do with my particular concerns.
My 12 year old car broke broke down to the point of where I was unable to drive it or shift gears. AAA towed it to this location bc they were close by and they have a contract where AAA member get 10% off service up to 50$. (This is a pro; however, they will not tell you this even if they know you are a AAA member at check out. You have to remind them.)
Yesterday 04/11/17, I replaced oil and all filters on my own truck. What is that DOT INSPECTION BUSINESS? May be in US it is normal, ler me know about that.
When I went to pick it up, neither the man who rang my card or the man who gave me my car keys checked for my photo identification. Mildly concerning.
I do not know enough about auto mechanics to say that car my is in worse shape physically than it was when it arrived at this establishment, but I can say that the functionality is no better. My car will not start. And I paid actual money for it.
Great people take really good care of u as soon as I walk in the door from the minor problem to the biggest other guys can handle it with care like if it was there own
Lesson learned: I will do more research next time I need to find a mechanic!
I drove home (about 25 minute drive) and left my car off for about eight hours. Attempted to start my car, and it did not start.
(Also good to know if you end up there, they have a $65 storage fee per day for any vehicle left in their yard after work is completed and the customer has been notified. There is a chance they will not tell you, either. Good luck!)
Staff is very friendly. They service our company's fleet and have serviced my personal car. In the countless times we've called, they've been timely and very professional. Great work with no complaints from the company or individuals in the office who use them as well.
I own 2014 Peterbilt 384, I have been called today 04/12/17 to the Shop and asking for Annual DOT INSPECTION. So gentlemen answer to me come and we make the DOT INSPECTION. I have been called at 11 am, arrived to shop at 2pm and 3:30pm they been finish my truck.
