My experience with B&C Auto was very poor. they were friendly, and the TECH seemed to know what he was doing. He was nice but had limitations on what he could really do. He made it seemed as though he owned the shop when in reality he did not. The owner did not seem to know much about cars at all and relied on the Tech. My car was left there for more than a week with then promising me if would be ready in a few days. I had to pay for a part they had to order and he would put on the car. The part was late getting in and when it did come in he could not adequately place it on the car. He tried but he could not get it right. They kept asking for more days and when I would speak with the owner he really did not want to talk with me and on one occasion hung the phone up on me. He is very rude. I would not take my car back to them at all ever. I finally had to have my car towed away.
