The rooms on the other hand could use some updating. One room had a bathroom that was almost falling apart. Not dirty, but is serious need of small repairs. Also, the window AC/heat unit would not turn off, so had to call maintenance.
Happy from start to finish! The hotel is clean and stylish. The staff are more than happy to help and have been accommodating in every way. They're friendly and efficient and extremely professional as well. The hotel is conveniently located to local attractions. This is my second stay and it won't be my last!
Location was great; quiet and clean. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Room service far surpassed my expectations in food quality and service. Definitely a fan of this location, and I will be staying again the next time I'm in the area - without a doubt!
Have stayed here two different times. The lobby is very nice and clean. The staff are very helpful and friendly.
My experience of this hotel is limited as I only went there for a meeting. I did not stay over or eat in the restaurant but I want to say I was impressed with the lobby area. Some colleagues stayed for lunch after the meeting and I wish I could have, too. Lovely and cozy-looking place. And if the rooms are as nice as the whole first floor, then I would love to have the chance to stay over. I will say it's right off I-95, which is convenient, but a bit in the middle of no where. This being said, it is very convenient to the Christiana Mall and the traffic to get there is almost non-existent, but you've got to have a car if you stay here as there is nothing within walking distance/convenient walking distance. Ample parking in what is the rear of the building, but not a lot of parking in the front or close up to the building. Good luggage carts, I will say; and if you travel much, you know how frustrating a bad luggage cart can be... Overall, my impression of this hotel is a good one.
The next stay had a room with another window unit. This time the issue was the bedroom was either too hot or too cold, as the front room did not have adequate air flow from the bedroom.
Overall a decent hotel, with no major issues. The location leaves a lot to be desired though, with nothing near by.
