Cheap motel would not recommend if you can afford someplace better but if your down on your luck and need a roof for a few days jusk keep your door locked

I came to check in and arrived about 10 minutes before my other party. The front desk rep at night Nash told me that i could not sit inside the lobby and wait for my other party to get here so we could check in. He made me wait outside in 30 degree weather with no jacket and he saw my ride drop me off. I got a business card and asked for his name and the manager he told me i can call in the morning. I asked for a piece of paper to write a note he wouldn't give me that either. He wouldn't tell me the managers name. I called the phone number and asked for manager voice mail he hung up in my ear. He was very rude. Idk if all staff is rude but he needs to be fired and i will speak to the manager in the morning.
Went to visit a friend ystrdy @ The Dutch inn. It is on Rt.13S in New Castle, De & it's an older motel, needs updated in the worst way. It's really run down looking inside the rooms as well.
