We stayed in one of Suites very nice accomadations and clean. Only draw back on the second floor you had to walk,all the way to one end to go up and walking all the way to one end to go down stares to walk to the middle of the building to get out. Breakfast was good but had to go another building. Very easy access to hotel. Friendly staff.
I found fleas in my room. Pretty much an automatic one star.
Basic, clean, tv had to be fixed, good economy for less expensive outside access room
I have stayed at this hotel several times during the last few months.Each previous stay was very pleasant. However, this stay the General Manager, Deborah Hawkins was extremely rude and abrasive regarding a simple request I made upon checking into the hotel. Additionally, there were ants all over my room and had them crawling on me while I was working at the desk. When I was checking out I noticed a housekeeping staff right outside my room and I brought her into the room and showed her several ants crawling on the counter top just to make sure she was aware of the situation. As a result of Ms. Hawkins arrogance, abrasive attitude and the presence of ants I will not be staying at this hotel anymore.
I have to go say that I am a little surprised on this place. Based upon the location and some of the reviews that were left prior to me visiting, I did come here with the anticipation of a horrible room. I was surprised when I got to my room that it actually seemed pretty clean. The bathroom, although small, was pretty clean and trustworthy. The beds were made up nicely and the fridge and microwave that were present were clean as well. The rooms do seem dated and I will vouch for the "half" pillows. That is probably the worst is those half pillows. Otherwise the breakfast was OK for a place of this magnitude and I did not have any real bad issues with the staff that I had interaction with.
