I walked in and wasn't greeted, so I walked off to browse couches. One girl was standing around playing with her cellphone, looked at me, and then looked back on her phone. Eventually, an older man asked me if I needed help and to holler at him if I needed anything. He checked in with me twice or so and gave me his name, so kudos to him. Would've given this play a 1 star if he didn't.
This is my third purchase and everytime was great but this time was special thanks to Tasha Barlow we got the perfect furniture for our newly designed living room she helped us pick out and our bed frames and mattresses for the children. She was friendly helpful and we had really good vibes. Thank you urban furniture and thank you Tasha Barlow
First time there. Definitely a nice place. Prices were good. I liked that you don’t get attacked by salespeople that follow you around. Nice people here.
They didn’t happen to have what we were looking for, but I would not hesitate to use this store.
For the prices found here, I found that the furniture were subpar. Some couches had incredibly hard surfaces where fabric covered and you would've thought it should've been cushioned. Some of the fabrics felt incredibly flimsy. Dupont Highway is a long stretch with quite a bit of competition. I will say that they had at least one or two unique sectionals that I did not find at other stores, so hey if you are looking for a specific style (or don't know what you want), I still recommend you pop in to take a look.

My Experience with this place was Amazing! I was helped tremendously by Tasha Barlow as soon as I walked through the door she acknowledged me and helped me find exactly what I needed. I'm a customer service representative and I know selling is a big deal, but Tasha was not pushy with trying to sell me at all. Showing that customer's needs are more important than your sales is far more important! Keep up with this awesome service! I definitely recommend!!!
