I have had several issues with this company. From completing my order, to missing pieces of the bedframe that I ordered to being verbally disrespected by their employee. I received a very rude phone call from an employee of Aarons regarding a payment issue while I was at work. This is a customer service job and the employees should be trained to handle certain situations in a more professional manner than the service I received! I would never recommend purchasing from this establishment!!! Common courtesy and respect go a long way when in customer service!
