The rep at the counter is consistently polite, helpful and friendly. Makes the process so easy and without stress. The car was clean and well-maintained and was great to drive. This location is so convenient and is a pleasure to visit. We use this location for all of our rental needs both business and pleasure.
Super quick and efficient at the desk. Plenty of cars to choose and I got what I reserved.
Opened 15 minutes late both picking up and dropping off the truck. Computer didn't work to rent truck correctly. Truck ended up being very clean and ran well. Just ironic with regards to punctuality, if the shoe was on the other foot you know they're would've been an additional charge. Where's the discount?
