This is where I get my Mazda's serviced. Brilliant and fair staff who go out of their way to make sure you know what's going on with your car. And that you get a fair price for the work. The Mazda Service Center here sets the standard!

I love my used car that I bought from NuCar, especially since it came with the 12 month/12,000 mile limited warranty. Well unfortunately after 5 months of having my car (about 7,000 miles in) the check engine light came on and it was the fuel level sensors which are part of the fuel pump. I knew the issue and how to fix it prior to making my appointment at the service center, however it requires pulling out the back row of seats to access the fuel cells, and I would rather just pay the $100 deductible and have it handled that way. After taking it and having the issue diagnosed I was told the part would be ordered and I would be called when it came in. A month passed and still no calls, so I called the service center back and after a few back and forth phone calls with the staff as they attempted to locate the part, they did and then advised me that it would in fact no be covered under warranty since the warranty only covers the fuel pump. This infuriated me because if the whole system went up (a more costly repair obviously) it would have been covered but since one part of the fuel pump was faulty it would be full cost. The unwillingness of this company to stand by something they have sold less than half way into the warranty has forever marred my opinion of company and I implore any future customers to keep this in mind when considering them for their car buying/servicing needs.
My wife and I purchased a CX-9 from Nucar back in March. Our experience was excellent from start to finish. I highly recommend salesperson Mike Johnson, who provided a competitive up-front quote over email, great communication throughout the sales process and even came in on a morning off to accommodate our schedule. I felt at ease through the entire process. They even found a quiet space for my wife to nurse our infant at once point. Give Nucar a look if you are interested in a Mazda or need service. I'll be back even though it is a bit of a drive. Highly recommend!
