My wife and I felt comfortable as soon as we walked in the door. I say this because there are MANY dealers that judge you on your appearance. My wife and know that for a fact! Of course things change as soon as you sit down and start negotiating numbers. To tell you the truth, my wife and I were ready to walk out when we received our offer on my trade-in. Once the salesman (Mike Brooks) saw we were gonna walk out he talked to his manager. Another offer came to us and my wife still wasn’t happy. To make a long story short, eventually we all came to terms and made the deal. Bob Weiss worked with us on certain things (big things) I wanted to keep from my trade-in and put on the new 2017 Ram 2500 pickup truck. My wife and I are very happy with this dealership even if we traveled almost two hours to get there. If I know if any of my friends or family members that are looking for a new/used vehicle I will be sure to send them to Carman Chrysler. Awesome! Definitely recommend this dealership. There's a reason they have a massive truck inventory AND a reason they have great reviews. Bought our first new truck from Carman after searching nationwide for a deal. With prices set to sell fast, we had to check them out. Our salesman, Anthony was knowledgeable and to the point. I spoke to him about the actual vehicle details and spoke to the general manager, Joe, directly to handle the financials of the vehicle. Together, my wife and I found the experience to be wonderful. No hard sale, only caring information and guidance that would get us the right truck and the right deal. Joe spent the time to look for creative ways to combine year end, month end deals/incentives in order to get us the best final price. we played with different rebates and options while helping us search for more possible savings. In the end, we took a bus from NYC to Wilmington where Anthony picked us up from the bus drop-off, in the truck were looking at and I test drove it back to the dealership. Shortly after, we walked out the door and drove off with a beautiful new truck within our targeted budget that had a couple more features we didn't anticipate having. Our experience as first time buyers couldn't have went better!
Salesmenship was of the upmost professional on up to Management. It took us a few days to decide and try to negotiate what we could do in the way of the purchase. Both Bob Weiss and Anthony Brown worked with us the best way they knew how. Very professional. Always in a most positive way. We did purchase the Jeep Compass Limited. What a NICE VEHICLE!!! This dealership was very pleasant to go to. Anthony Brown was the salesman who helped me with buying my 2017 Jeep Patriot. I love this vehicle already and it is everything that I want and need in a vehicle. I feel more ready for the winter months that are coming. The manager, Bob Weiss was also very nice and helpful. As well as the financial manager. They all are people that aren't afraid to be themselves and crack a few jokes, but they are also all very easy to talk to and very helpful!
One last thing I will recommend getting when you get a new vehicle, is to spend the extra money on getting the glass guard for your vehicle! The stuff is amazing and totally worth it!
