*TERRIBLE*Do yourself a big favor and stay away! Any other storage unit would be better! Worst customer service! Jodi will take your money with a smile and after lease contract is signed will be extremely rude and unprofessional. I rented a unit for 7 months and paid promptly each month. I made a simple request on my move out day and Jodi's response was "that they were done with me" and to "get out or she would put the gate down to attempt to damage my vehicle". I am a professional person who works in customer service and the blatant disregard that this business has for it's customers is appalling. Businesses that operate with no respect for customers do not deserve your money.

This was the worst experience I have ever had in doing business!!! Stay away and beware. My unit was paid for two months and they rented the unit to someone else and did not refund my money!!! Ken actually hung up on me! I have never been treated or spoken to by a professional business or any business the way he spoke to me. It was horrific! Ken is rude and disrespectful. This business has no business ethics and they do not care about customer service!
My unit was broke into and had a couch damaged and because when I left the office was closed They said they are not covering the damage. They do not have good pest control I did not have food in my unit but still had mice which the insurance doesn't cover. Other than that they are just like any other storage facility.
