The only thing I do not too much care about is the face that your items can ship from a million places. I wish they had some kind of way of letting you know that the items you want to purchase is available from the same vender as other items in your basket, so that the orders can be shipped together to save on postage.
My overall experience with Amazon has always been excellent, even when something goes wrong I have received the finest care from customer service. I avg a purchase or two monthly.
