The cashier, whose name I can't remember, was very friendly. Professional and personable. She apologized for a long wait time when it wasn't very long at all. She made sure we had the right order and really went above and beyond. Great experience.
Customers be very careful if you eat here and leave your car unattended for 10 minutes they will tow your car away from the parking lot to Robyn Necastro's Auto Salvage, 495 Old Airport Rd, New Castle, DE 19720 Necastro's Towing will charge you $200.00. Your taco bell meal will cost you more than you expected. Last time I will be buying anything at this Taco Bell apparently the towing company is watching out for customers who walk out from Taco Bell if you walk across the parking lot your car will disappear in 5 minutes.
Absolutely the worst experience I have EVER had at a restaurant!!! Waited 20 minutes for food. There were several people ahead of me that have been waiting a long time. One lady said "she has gotten served faster at a deal Mexican restaurant". The lady at the register taking orders disappeared for 15 minutes. She was in the back on a personal phone call on her cell. There were people coming in and no one at the register to take their order. I asked to speak to a manager. They said she was in the back on the phone. I finally got my food and it wasn't what I ordered. I will NEVER go back again!!! Everyone in there was angry and agitated for the extremely long wait for supposedly fast food.
If you walk across the street to get a donut after eating here they will tow your car. Manager would not talk to us about it and was very rude. We were gone at most 20 minutes.
