Ordered online and it NEVER CAME!!! Called and they said they knocked on the door which NEVER HAPPENED and called which again NEVER HAPPENED! Was told the order was cancelled and if I wanted to request another one it'll take 40 minutes. NEVER AGAIN! If I could give a negative star I would.

I've been here several times and the food is hit or miss depending on the cook. I figured I would try to give them the benefit of the doubt. I live right down the street. I used to drive to the Pizza Hut on 273 in Newark for good pizza, but now that one is closed so I'm stuck.
Horrible. I ordered online and still had to wait another 15 minutes once I arrived. The while time my order was in the warmer, but God forbid someone actually checked. I ordered bone out wings, never was asked if I wanted sauce, was never given any sauce and they was just breaded chicken nuggets basically sitting in buffalo sauce. My pizza was burned and my breadsticks over cooked and greasy. When I called to complain I was told basically I shouldn't be so upset and what did I want the manager to do if I wasn't going to come back, over a half hour away, instead of just reversing the charges or actually just saying I'm sorry. Never again. I only went here because I was at Comcast.
never on time, always atleast 5-10 min late when I am put on hold they never come back to me
