Another plus is all the employees are very knowledgeable about tools, parts, projects, and they always know where everything in the store is and 3 very items use.
I have even found items there that I could not find at any of the big home improvement stores.

Best hardware store in New Castle lot better than those stores like Home Depot and Lowe's they have everything you need and a lot more kind and helpful salesperson. And if they don't have it they will get it.

I called because of the mom & pop store around to find out the measurements of vinyl rope only to find out the price was excellent for a longer rope and closer to my residence...they were very professional dealing with my questions...better than the big all in one stores.....
