As a professional contractor I'm torn. Overall customer service is good. But I feel like often that they are missing items I need.

Your typical Big Box store however they do have pretty good customer service I purchased something and they brought it to the front for me and even load it in the truck
Poor customer service, the woman at the self checkout refused to look up the price on a 10' piece 1/2" type L copper that didn't have a sticker on it. Told me to go to the only other cashier who didn't want to look it up, she half heartedly did couldn't find it so put a call out for the plumbing department to call for a price check after 4 min of waiting with no answer I looked it up on my phone. Had to wait another 3 minutes for the cashier to return to the register I was at after I told her I had found the price. She was unpleasant and unhelpful. No more Lowes for me.
