I called PJ Fitzpatrick and scheduled an appointment to look at my roof! The repairman Brad C came out and inspected it and made suggestions for on the spot repairs. He went upon my expectations when in went into the attic and inspected that area. He did all the repairs and left the area clean. He was very professional.

The office however, on 2 separate occasions assured me that someone would call 30 minutes prior to arrival. On each occasion they failed to do so. That is disrespectful and just bad customer service. You guys need to work on that!
The service technician was knowledgeable in the roofing work I required. He polite, easy to speak with. He took the time to explain the problem I had and offered me repair options. He responded to requests I had after initial inspection quickly. The job was completed in a timely manner, much quicker than expected. I am very satisfied with the finished product and the technician responsible.
