Funny, back when I used to attend often, they paid the same and never had the same issue. I have a feeling that the real problem is not that they pay too little, it is that putting up with the more senior employees that are rude isn't worth the pay. Time to clean house. oops these are technically government jobs, so I guess that won't happen anytime soon. :-)
Hours are terrible. Price is good. Facilities are so-so. The main issue is the nonsense rules. You can't shoot over 10 rounds at a time. You can't shoot fast. Where is the fun
I used to shoot here almost every weekend, now not very often. The atmosphere at the range has lost its charactor. While there are some members of the staff that are awesome, it seems many have become very rude, almost as if they have no accountability to the public.
The staff is rude, rules are very restrictive not allowing over 10 rounds in a magazine or allowed to fire in controlled pairs or short burst, the lane time is always rushed, the hours suck and the experience always seems to make me feel unwelcomed.
They are constantly understaffed resulting in limited operations. I keep hearing that the problem is that they don't pay very much....
They were very helpful, I hadn't shot in 25 years and was rusty. The young female helped me site right, stand right and hold my pistol properly. Thank you
