My father does not take people for their money. If you have an issue with a business then possibly you could handle it In a more professional manor then just writing bad reviews when it's uncalled for. As a shop owner he can not control what is under warranty. He constantly has to go to bat for customers when it comes to the warranty companies because just like alot of warranties they always try to get out of covering costs. My dad gets paid on a repair whether it comes from a warranty company or the customer so why would he not want the warranty company to pay. He always tells me stories about how he has to sit on the phone for hours going back and forth with different warranty companies to get them to cover costs for the customers. Do you realize all of your reviews on businesses are negative. Not one review has had anything positive to say besides the one for Barnes and Nobles. I'm sorry you had a bad experience with the dealership & DJ'S Auto but I can assure you my dad does not take anyone for their money. He is always looking out for the customers best interest. He has been in business for a long time and has basically created his company on word of mouth advertisement. If you have an issue that you would like resolved please contact David. Please consider your reviews in the future not just for DJ'S automotive but all small businesses. If it's something out of the businesses control then you can't place blame in places blame is not deserved. Please give my Dad a call at his shop and he would be more than happy to try to resolve any of your concerns. He is a fair man and if your unhappy I'm sure he would like to know so he can fix any misunderstanding. Take care Brandon
Great Business. I have been going to DJ's Automotive since 2006. They have always been able to help me with all my needs and even recommended reputable businesses to assist with my other auto needs.
WATCH OUT!!!!!! Terrible experience at this place! I believe that New Caslte motors and this "DJs" place have a deal..New caslte motors sells you a piece of s*** and this guy david james will overcharge you to fix all the problems with the vehicle. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SCHEMED OUT OF YOUR MONEY! (DJs auto or new castle motors)I had to take my 2005 chevy trailblazer 5 times to this so called auto repair shop to find out I needed a new battery...all in all I've paid over $1000 in repairs to DJs auto in the FIRST YEAR of buying my truck...and get this...every time I took my truck, NOTHING THAT NEEDED REPAIRS WAS UNDER WARRANTY!!!...go figure huh....then I was charged $149 for them to tell me that I needed a new battery after my truck had already went through several tests that cost me several hundred dollars...please learn from my mistake and find a reputable shop that has to be held more accountable..this ma n pa shop will try to take all your hard earned money and not think twice!!! DONT DO IT!!!
