I know what is being said may not be totally true. I have been to this place and I know customer service is very good.
when i go there,the cashier is always not sure of the prices, and charges me different prices every single time...it seems as though, the cashier doesnt want to process the transaction but talk on the phone...the store looks clean but the customer service needs improvement..
I think Kofi has an affiliation to the store. what he said is far further from the truth. I completely agree with what jpbill said. Go and take a look and buy their processed foods made in Ghana. When you open the can it smells. The store has a nice setup, and is cleaner than most african store but the service could be much better, and expire goods needs to be off the shelves.
