You can never get ahold of anyone on the phones, called everyday for two weeks for my medical records. My appointment is at 3:45 and two people who have checked in after me already have been sent back. The staff is loud and obnoxious.
Smells like an old casino, staff is terrible everytime you call can't get anyone on the phone and the cleanliness
They never pick up the phone for patient or insurance. Also, they send wrong bill/ documents. They did it to me, I contacted their office, physically couple of times since they don't pick up the phone. They assured me that they are going to send the correct documents to Lab corp or my insurance company. but never did it...
She has always seen my three girls and made sure they always had what they needed.. No they might never answer the phone but with that being said i always suck at keeping apointments lol... The staff always treats my girls and I with the upmost respect.. Were like family when we come in... And the girl at the front desk always comes out and treats my girls like they're hers.. I love them
In this case the one is being generous. The girl at the front desk is rude! I brought my daughter here for a well child check up for her first visit and trust and believe she will not be returning here! She had an appointment for 230 they called at 10 and said the doc is leaving early and I have to reschedule her appointment. Then they called back at 245 and said to bring her in now. I get here and it is extra crowded. The front desk clerk is arguing with someone in the back and they are dressed in street clothes. The girl at the front desk brings my daughter to the back and then gets an attitude when she can’t see all the letters on the board. She was so rude! I only gave one star because I had to give a star to write a review that one star was very generous!
