Screw this place, seriously. ANY TIME I buy anything online, I have to go in the store and cause a scene for them to go pull my damn items. TWICE now, they've waited so long to pull my order that the items SOLD OUT. One time, I had to go to the store and pull my own items because in 8 hours no one in this forsaken hell hole "had time". Screw this place. You'd get better and faster service by whittling your own toys or tools or whatever you're looking for.
Love Walmart prices are usually good, but sometimes the customer service can absolutely suck, and they can be really rude.
We visited the Wilton Walmart once again this evening. My husband and I go there at least 2 to 3 times a month. Well I must say, Walmart at Wilton is going downhill fast. First of all there are only two handicapped motor scooters so handicapped customers are forced to wait for one to become available which could take a long time. After waiting for over an hour for a scooter, my disabled husband and I have actually left. Merchandise is low quality and overpriced as compared to even a couple years ago. The store is always in disarray and is dirty and the bathrooms are always filthy. Come on Walmart...With all the money coming in I'm sure you could do much, much better than this. Where's your pride?
Terrible pharmacy service. The cashier are turtles and you wait in line forever. Then they expect you to wait again to be counseled by the pharmacist. Management please hire better help. When a person is sick or elderly. You shouldn't need a chair to sit waiting.
Ordered items online. Received confirmation of order and received notification that my order was ready to be picked up. Pickup was easy. Had no issues at all!
