You can't get better the Dr. Chamish his assistant Melaney! I had a procedure performed on my upper teeth. As usual, everything went smooth and professional. Melanie is sweet and professional, knowing her job well and is more than an asset to Dr. Chamish. They are well aware of the anxiety that comes along with a dental visit and do everything they can to make you feel comfortable. Dr. Chamish is more than personable and courteous with caring and sharing his knowledge in a layman's way where understanding is made easy. They NEVER push for something that isn't needed, explaining all the way and using models to reinforce any questions. Dr. Chamish even calls you in the evening after your procedure to check on how you're doing. I thought those days were gone. The entire staff shows expertise and quality in their profession.
Dr. Friedberg is fantastic. I went in for a toothache and needed an ASAP root canal. Though he had other patients and I ended up staying longer than my appointment was probably slated for - I never once felt ignored. He was caring and kind and even called to check on me the next day and I was 100% pain free. The assistant Stacey was fantastic as well, she never left my side and was very compassionate, which helped so much with my anxiety about dental work.
The doctors and dental professionals at New Castle Dental are awesome! Friendly, yet professional, they keep me informed of what they are doing while they are working. They let me know where I stand when it comes to co-pays prior to each visit-no surprises. I referred my nephew to NCD last year-he needed a cleaning prior to having pacemaker implantation surgery. The office managed to squeeze him in and gave him excellent care. I would refer them to anyone looking for top rate dental care.

His staff is a reflection of him showing courtesy, understanding and caring above and beyond. The front desk is one in a million with knowledge of insurance and payments needed always giving a smile and going out of their way to help. In today's world of changing insurance coverage and higher deductibles they work with you to make your experience a good one.
SCAM ALERT! I went into the office for a toothache, they told me I would need to have a root canal done. They said I would need to come back for about a 2 hour appointment to have the actual root canal done but that they would put a temporary filling in that day to relieve my pain. Well fast forward to a month down the road and I see they charged my insurance for the whole root canal and have been paid for doing it. I call to ask them about it since all they did was put a piece of clay over my tooth and got $1400.00 and they tell me "oh the root canal is done." DONE?! I was not happy with even the temporary filling they did and planned on going to another dentist to do the root canal. Now literally all of my dental insurance is used up for this year on a clay filling. I am contacting my insurance company for fraud and BBB. STAY FAR AWAY!
